Cancellation & Refund:
From the initial confirmation until April 1, 2012,
a penalty of $100 of the total Registration Fee.
After May 1, 2012 and up to June 1, 2012 the
penalty will be 50% of the total Registration Fee.
After June 1, 2012 there will be no refunds for
the cancellation or for lack of attendance.
Registrants who do not cancel according to the
guidelines above noted forfeit all fees. Refunds
will be processed within thirty (30) days
following the meeting.
