Cancellation & Refund:
From the initial confirmation until June 1, 2013, a penalty of $150 of the total Registration Fee. After June 1, 2013 and up to July 1, 2013 the penalty will be 50% of the total Registration Fee. After July 1, 2013 there will be no refunds for the cancellation or for lack of attendance. Registrants who do not cancel according to the guidelines above noted forfeit all fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.

Room Rates - rates range from $259.00-$395.00 per night. Rates do not include 7% MT Accommodations Tax, 2% Resort Tax & 1% Tourism Promotion Assessment (10% Total). Applicable taxes are subject to change. A deposit equal to the first nights room rate is required. Group room rates are not guaranteed after July 15, 2013.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after July 15th, 2013 will forfeit the first night’s deposit.

Transportation: The Lodge provides complimentary transportation for guests from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) and Amtrak Train Station with 24 hours advanced reservations. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to arrival-deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made between 7-29 days-deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival-full payment of entire stay will be charged.
